We provide support to other businesses in the funeral plan and later life sectors, including new entrants and other consultancy firms seeking to understand trends and opportunities, including the rapid rise of direct cremation and cultural changes in funeral behaviour.
We conduct our own extensive market sector and consumer research, as well as ad-hoc studies for other businesses as required.

Simon Cox is widely recognised as a funeral sector expert. With over 37 years-experience working for leading firms in the funeral planning and later life sectors, he has appeared on BBC TV, BBC Radio 4, Sky News, frequently in the national press and even in Parliament. He has worked to improve the social fund for funerals, contributed to FCA and CMA reviews, and works to advise and support other recognised consumer champions.
